It is also effective in decreasing cholesterol and good for hormonal activities. Golden, light and healthy, sunflower oil contains more Vitamin E and Omega 6 Fats than any other vegetable oil. It also contains linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid, and oleic acid. While linoleic acid is a polyunsaturated fat, oleic acid is a monounsaturated fat.
